If anyone is a Christian, a follower of Jesus, they are told to let the light of the Gospel shine out so that it can expose sin and light the way to God. But in order to do that well, we have to be careful how we listen to God’s Word, and take heed of how we apply it. Listen in to pastor Liam Garvie as he explores Luke 8:16-18 as part of the Luke’s Gospel series called, “The Perfect Prescription”

How do we walk in the light of the God who is light? This is a question explored in this sermon. It challenges those of us who claim we’re living in light when really we’re living in darkness. This message from Liam Garvie will challenge those who hear it to take an honest look at themselves, admit the sin, and realise the amazing truth that we can do that without fear, because Jesus has already removed God’s judgement from us by his death.

This is the first in a series of messages preached at St Andrews Baptist Church on the book of 1 John. Pastor Liam Garvie kicks off the series warning about yellow-flag gospels that are no gospel at all.
