When a man of God dies, you can be sure that nothing of God dies.  That’s a message that God shares with Joshua immediately after the legendary Moses has died and Joshua takes over the reins of Israel.  At a time when it would be easy for any new leader to be overwhelmed by his apprehensions, God preaches a message to Joshua, a sermon on strength and courage.  And the primary source?  The Word of God!
